Cancellation policy

Your appointments are very important to the Greenhouse Salon & Spa team. They are especially reserved for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling of appointments. Cancel you appointment for free up to 48 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 25% of the service price late cancellations. You will be charged 50% of your service charge for not showing up for your appointment.
